Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Processing

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Rates and delivery times (within Australia)

• Standard post: 3 to 7 business days, $8.50
• Express post: 1 to 3 business days, $14.00
• Free tracked shipping on orders over $250

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

Cards ship in protective sleeves and rigid mailers. High-value and graded cards are packed to protect the slab. Hardware is padded for transit.

Local pickup

Our Katoomba store is opening soon. Local pickup in Katoomba will be available once we open, and we will add it as a checkout option at that time. For now, all orders ship.

Lost or delayed parcels

Tracking is included on every order. If your parcel is delayed or looks lost, contact info@neonskies.com.au and we will help trace it with Australia Post.
